They are always carrying, always on time, very professional, This is the only veterinary service that I take my dog to go to. I have two dogs, and they’re both taken care of by lilac. I would definitely recommend this veterinarian office outstanding performance

This was our first visit to Lilac City Veterinary Clinic, and they were absolutely amazing. The staff and Dr were so friendly and very informative about my fur baby. My fur baby suffers from anxiety, but they were very patient and gentle with her. We won’t be going back to our previous Vet after this experience.

I got a new puppy and was looking for a vet. I’m also new to the area, so I have no frame of reference. That being said, back home, my sister has been a vet tech for over 20 years, so I refer to her often. This facility is conveniently located to me and had good reviews. I gave it a shot. The staff is friendly, I have never waited excessively long to be seen. The doctor listened to me and my concerns and gave good recommendations to me as a new puppy parent. She didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, and she was realistic with us on some of the things our breeder had said to us. I told my sister about the visit and she agreed with everything I had been told. I will keep coming here.

Dr. Morgan and the staff at LCVS are amazing! Dr. Morgan takes the time to explain everything so thoroughly and with the utmost empathy! Sometimes coming to the vet isn’t for just a check-up and it can be very scary! I never felt judged for having feelings or maybe being a little dramatic with my fur-babies. I’m so grateful for the staff and Dr. Morgan. I will forever be indebted for the care and kindness they have shown me and my babies! ❤️

We first met Dr. Morgan when she was practicing at SVAH and she quickly became our preferred vet. When we found out that she had opened Lilac City Veterinary Services only 5 minutes away from home, we immediately switched over. At the end of December, she diagnosed one of our cats with congestive heart failure. Dr. Morgan stayed an hour after closing to treat our cat, and arranged an ultrasound with another clinic first thing the following morning. Our cat’s condition was grave and he unfortunately passed away at the beginning of February. Soon after, we received a sympathy card from Lilac City Veterinary Services that was filled with kind words from every staff member. We were very touched by the gesture. If you are looking for a kind, compassionate and thorough vet, look no further than here 🙂

Very good people, Dr Morgan is great. I was fearful about how my 75lb dog would react with people she doesn’t know, she didn’t growl at the Dr and her staff, she is going to have surgery tomorrow and I am glad I can feel everything will be fine.

They are really great! They took my 20 Y O cat in the day before TG without an appointment. She was in pretty bad shape with kidney issues, dehydration, heart murmur and arthritis. They were so kind and gentle with me and her. Got her all fixed up, changed her food and she is a much happier cat and I’m better too. They are my new permanent vet and I fully recommend them!! Thank you Lilac City Veterinary and the staff!
